KLOW

BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu + KPV

Research blend4 components

Four-part blend that adds the anti-inflammatory tripeptide KPV to Glow.

What it is

KLOW is the Glow combination with KPV added. KPV contributes anti-inflammatory activity studied mainly in gut models. Suppliers' ratios vary, so check the label for the amount of each component.

Components

  • BPC-157: Gastric-protein fragment studied for tendon, gut and soft-tissue healing in animals. 503A compounding under interim HHS policy
  • TB-500: Synthetic version of the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4. 503A compounding under interim HHS policy
  • GHK-Cu: Copper-binding tripeptide from human plasma, widely used in skincare. Research use only
  • KPV: Three-amino-acid fragment of alpha-MSH studied for gut inflammation. 503A compounding under interim HHS policy

What the research shows

Each component has its own body of mostly preclinical research, summarized on its brief. No published controlled studies have tested these combinations as blends, so any benefit of combining them is theoretical.

Reconstitution math

Blend labels usually state the total mg in the vial. When you use the calculator, the result refers to the total blend; multiply by each component's share of the total to get its amount. Check the label or certificate of analysis for the ratio.

Storage and handling

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder is most stable sealed, dry and protected from light. Laboratory practice is to keep unopened vials frozen at about -20 °C for long-term storage, or refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C for shorter periods. After reconstitution, keep the solution refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and use aseptic technique for every draw. Formal stability data in solution has not been published for most research peptides, so follow the supplier's label and certificate of analysis.
