CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin

Mod GRF 1-29 + Ipamorelin

Research blend2 components

GHRH analog paired with a ghrelin-receptor agonist.

What it is

This pairing combines a GHRH analog with a growth hormone secretagogue. In physiology studies, GHRH and ghrelin-receptor signals amplify each other, producing a larger growth hormone pulse together than either alone.

Components

  • CJC-1295 without DAC: Stabilized short-acting analog of growth hormone releasing hormone. Research use only
  • Ipamorelin: Selective growth hormone secretagogue acting on the ghrelin receptor. Research use only

What the research shows

Each component has its own body of mostly preclinical research, summarized on its brief. No published controlled studies have tested these combinations as blends, so any benefit of combining them is theoretical.

Reconstitution math

Blend labels usually state the total mg in the vial. When you use the calculator, the result refers to the total blend; multiply by each component's share of the total to get its amount. Check the label or certificate of analysis for the ratio.

Storage and handling

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder is most stable sealed, dry and protected from light. Laboratory practice is to keep unopened vials frozen at about -20 °C for long-term storage, or refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C for shorter periods. After reconstitution, keep the solution refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and use aseptic technique for every draw. Formal stability data in solution has not been published for most research peptides, so follow the supplier's label and certificate of analysis.
